I gave the contact information to call FINRA yourself and verify what they consider to be short as it relates to NTEK. Actually I did that several days ago, but the link once again is here:

I have contacted FINRA myself and they have told me that the bi-monthly report is correct. What you are posting is meaningless intra-day trading artifacts.

Please call FINRA on Monday and confirm for yourself.
