Re overstated revs and earnings...

RTNa(Raytheon) overstated revs and earnings for 4 years that would make what SEVU did look like chump change and the shareholder lawsuit with them got nowhere.

I don't know where your information is coming from but I have a friend who has been a securities lawyer for 20 years with Morrison and Hecker in Kansas City look at the claim. He gave the lawsuit a 1 in 10 chance at even making it to trial. The key being McBride did not materially benefit from the claims in the PRs and yes those disclaimers are as all encompasing as they seem. Things like what happened with SEVU come with the territory of investing in equities and not in government backed securities. It is a shame that it happened but the SEC protects companies from these types of lawsuits with the strong disclaimers. Read them and take them seriously.

No matter what the final O/S count becomes SEVU has a relative low number of O/S when you look around the OTC.

The attitude on this board and with most investors who sold SEVU was an emotional one and the company has a nice bottom from which to grow. The backlog on the corrected books is impressive. Look at the company from the perspective of someone who was not caught up in the hype from Rich and this is a dollar plus company with the products and revenues they have...unfortunatly Rich destroyed investor confidence but that was a fortunate event for a value investor to come in and pick up the broken pieces of a still viable company. McBride has learned his lesson hopefully and now the company can build slowly based on realistic goals and expectations.

I have 20k shares of what I hope will be a hundredk share position.
