Attila, the Biogen MTA was announced on September 28th, less than 5 months ago, not 6. We don't know if Anavex gave Biogen 2-73 at that time or whether 2-73 was passed onto Biogen later.

With the other reply about Dr. M's comment about working still with Biogen at that point, one could assume that Biogen has moved beyond the first phase and is now in the second phase or has concluded it and is evaluating its findings.

Additionally, he has stated in "The Deal" discussion that a deal that grows bigger, gets more complicated and takes more time. The question for me is: was that remark made as an ex-investment banker who understands what it takes to close a deal or as a CEO requesting patience from his shareholders?
