Yikes, frustrating to the investors who relied on the filings certified by the CEO and CFO pursuant to SOX.

I'm not the one that caused the issuer to violate Reg S-X and the Exchange Act.

Also, I did not sign the certifications.

Someone needs to look in the mirror.
