Let me take a shot at this..
JMHO....
Ther is nothing special about this merger, with the exception that there was a known short, the two owners was just at the right place at the right time to meet and FHAL was looking to find someone to buy out FHAL, and CSVU seen a good opportunity to become a Public trading company faster buy doing a merger whit FHAL being the winner. It worked, FHAL stock went from .12 or so to over 1.60.. FHAL was the winner. Now CSVU / Mr Harris i'm suspecting has had a plan in the works for a LONG time due to the outcome/tarnishment of his record/reputation from BBAN.. Mr. Harris is actually a very intelligent person, but I'm sure I'll get slaimed for that one.. There is NO sweeter revenge that to prove and say and DO what Mr. Harris is trying(and succeeding IMHO) to do than to rub it in the faces of those that discredited him. (Know I would do the same!hehehe) but there is another little score to settle and that is with a couple other people/groups and a Market Maker, from the way I am interpreting it. Look at a couple of ocean's posts, and penny stock trader posts, and you can see the logic of what he is tring to pull off. I think BOTH users to me have excellant and valid points ( for the pumper side of view) .. For a so-called Basher side of view, I will have to admit, I think FA has the best question for doubt. and that is with the ownership of the bonds. Also look up a few of his posts too.,,, ME,, I flip burgers... hehehhe , But I am a shareHOLDER..
Take what ya want out of this, and feed the rest to whoever will take it... ... hehehhe
