I have a question...

Can someone explain to me why this merger is different in respect to why CSHD finds it necessary to reset their PPS? Is their a precedent for this? Why wont the market just adjust correctly if the PPS is really suspose to be $25. Like if a company signs a contact doubling their revenues, they dont reset their price to double the PPS, they let the market adjust. Not trying to bash just havent followed this stock at all and am trying to find answers.
