It would apply for me as well since I converted AFTER the fact,but as far as damage done, ONLY THE PRE's that had money invested here were truly harmed, I have said before 33,500 at $37.50 PRE,THAT IS HARM my friend, now I threw almost that much again in here AFTER she went down.!

Now for me I ONLY consider the FIRST amount to HAVE BEEN STOLEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The balance was a RISK choice I took on my own accord with my own finger hitting the buy buttons on several occasions,but again ANY THAT ENTERED HERE POST knew full well, they might not get .10 as has been witnessed in 100's of prior BK's where equity is wiped out......

So again NO THIS is not a class action type thing so here there is no differentiating between the two.............and imho as well there should be no Differentiating between the two classes left either.
And I hold all classes left P K H Q., so I would say I have reason to be very un biased here, but I have to look at things as right and wrong or fair and reasonable..........
The ship went down all are in the SAME BOAT or should be........But are not if preferds are in fact capped at face and fjr, and commons move forward and feed some more............
