Patents have value only if you license them. Keeping them to yourself to kill off competition only allows for more research and new formulas. In today's day and age with super computing and genetics changing daily our patents only have value if we license them.

Your VLN comment is how I feel. Big tobacco sadly does not want to see us as we will hurt their sales, hurt government revenues. The next results will probably be as good or better than the earlier trial. We only get paid when someone in big tobacco wants the VLN product. My guess is they don't, ergo my hope the MJ and hemp avenue is the one we take.
