I've found that the value of patents seem to be overrated by investors in various companies. Look at EK, they went bankrupt with $1B or $2B worth of patents, I forget, also Xerox. The big questions here , in my opinion, are whether VLN will ever get to market and whether there's still a demand for the variable THC potential when medical MJ has already so far progressed. If the answer to both turns out to be no, then IP valuation is just a footnote.
