"Striving and growing", to me it means working hard and goals to obtain. "Thriving and Growing" ,which there is a possibility of taking the foot off the gas pedal and being content. Sounds like SPCL wants to do what is needed to become a monster and is hungry. Just what the stockholders want in companies they invest in.
