Actually it was directly related. People had the impression that settlements would happen any moment. Kay spoke the truth that it could take years. Week hands dumped to cash in on there quick profits. The stock had gone up to fast and most people holding started selling to keep there profit. What's happening now is perfect. Slow move up with small profit taking/consolidation. This way more people are less willing to sell because selling would be a loss and/or not big profit taking. This is a much healthier move upwards.
