X-point...re Partership....Steven has told us in prior CCs that our Applications were in the process of being CERTIFIED by IBM...Yesterday's PR...not story...but PR states that very fact. We were misdirected by the quote attributed to Callahan where he implied that we had a deal with IBM to Embedd our software directly into IBM's boxes during the fourth quarter. I pointed out this discrepency yesterday morning when the stories first came out. Anyhow, this should NOT deminish the accomplishment of actually having applications CERTIFIED by IBM. The reason why this is important is the following:
Steven has stated that IBMs customers have come back to them and asked what can they do with their new "secure" pcs? Wave's applications allow those "secure"pcs to actually perform functions in a secure environment that they are currently unable to conduct. THIS IS IMPORTANT! This certification will enable the company the ability to offer IBMs clients (who have been asking for secure services )to actually download these applications (for a license fee )directly into their IBM secure pcs that are ALREADY in the market place. FOLKS...this would mean that we WILL actually have REVENUES this quarter from IBM's clients.
