FINRA may not approve a name change if the company doesn't at least post recent unaudited financials.

Thanks for the info. I couldn't find anything in Nevada (state of incorporation) under ML Capital Group. Someone told me about explore and suggested I search under the CEO's name. That's how I finally knew the ML Capital Group doesn't exist as a corporation in Nevada, where the OTC Markets Company info for MLCG shows the currently false info about this Nevada corporation.

Just adds to the concern that this is primarily a share dumping scheme.
