Mr. Jon M. Garfield has been the Chief Executive Officer of Clearant Inc. since January 25, 2007. Mr. Garfield has been the Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of Clearant Inc. since August 15, 2005 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. He has been the Chief Financial Officer at SocialTyze LLC since August 2012. Mr. Garfield has over 20 years' successful experience as a senior public company, private equity and venture capital executive. Mr. Garfield served as an Independent financial consultant, including advising as to SEC reporting obligations and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance from January 2001 to August 2005.

Mr. William M. Shenkin, also known as Bill, founded CeFO, Inc. on January 1, 2000 and has been its Chief Executive Officer and President since January 1, 2000. Mr. Shenkin spent fifteen years in public accounting with Ernst & Young and as a Partner at Shenkin Kurtz Baker & Co. ("SKB") from August 1989 to December 1999 and served as its Director Outsourcing Division. From December 1997 to December 1999, he was a national partner in charge of outsourcing for public company (NASDAQ) which acquired Shenkin Kurtz Baker & Co. Mr. Shenkin directed the accounting and outsourcing department at SKB. Mr. Shenkin's career includes acting as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for numerous companies, providing tax planning and compliance for numerous individuals and companies and providing investment-banking services for companies.
