Not sure why you would wait until deadline nears to go prove reserves when drilling now would be more cost effective? Find it, cap it and wait for prices to move in your favor. Then you are ready when they do move and you are not still searching for it and trying to catch up when prices are in short window where they are favorable. Does this not make any sense to management that has millions invested?
