It's up to the company to update their information at OTCM's website unless it's in a filing. You'll notice that it was last updated in December of last year and this change took place in January.

As to SEC requirements, INOL took care of that bit of nuisance when they filed to deregister with the 15-12G on Mar 18, 2016.

Filing quarterly reports at OTCM may be considered a nuisance, as well. We shall see.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
