Looking back on insider ownership and S1
They were offering 1,887,500 @ $ 0.15
They had 30 shareholders that were in originally with the 2 biggest holders 250k and 150k. The rest were 50k and below.
The CEO had 5,000,000 or 72.59% of OS
But when Mr Williams took over. He got the 5 mil plus 450k. So Im thinking he got the 250k holders shares, the 150k and one of the 50ks.
Then they added 2 mil shares and gave it to their Hawk fund. But Scott and David owned 3.8% each I think.
So 78.96% of PRAY plus 28.98% minus 3.8 minus 3.8 = about 100% giver or take 1/3 of a percent. So maybe there are a couple % I am missing. Not sure. sometimes the filings show the people getting the shares then shows them not having them after the offering but never quite understood all of that fully.
In any case I think they own a very very big chunk of the OS and float. That 50k drop in float could of been an old holder of the original shares. I would post it but its hard to copy and past it and it doesnt come out well.
Usually when you see a 99% ownership stock on a SEC reporting co there is no ask 95% of the time and they other 5 or so % its in the dollar range, sometimes several dollars.
