Only looking at stated facts from the 10k. I don't bash or support any stock. I personally haven't taking a position on this stock yet because all things are not conclusive. What really is going to matter is if contracts are in place and further more I have not made any claims about OS. Why ? Because without contracts it doesn't matter where the OS is.
