I see at least 3 patents/patent pending applications that could be related to the marijuana breathalyzer so we know that something on the patent front does exists.

Lifeloc does aspire to uplist to a major exchange, but no definite timeline has been established.


There are no immediate plans for a stock split, although we would like to see the float increase, and this is certainly an option on the table.
