That would be the quarter ending December 2016, then why is Long Side Ventures now flexing their enforcement creditor status to the fullest extent under the law in 2017?
Why is Long Side filing multiple requests for production, a 60 question interrogatory filing and a subpoena in February 2017?
Why? because NTEK hasn't paid a dime of what they owe, or otherwise a filing would be entered or the entire judgement vacated. And Long Side certainly wouldn't be proceeding with the aggressive actions affording them by the courts.
