Want to hear some utter nonsense?

I read elsewhere that some had inquired about the "lawsuits" against NTEK, and someone responded that NTEK would have to disclose information regarding the legal proceedings or document it in their quarterly filings if said lawsuits were going to have any material impact on the company.

Seriously? Not that is COMPLETE NONSENSE. The crap NTEK files on the OTC is whatever they want to file - there are no rules for civil disclosure of court cases WHATSOEVER AT ALL.

Does anyone actually believe NTEK would include a note that they owe millions of dollars they owe to K2 and Long Side in COURT AWARDED JUDGEMENTS in their audited filings they themselves make up and submit to a paid site?

And just FYI - these are not lawsuits. They've moved well beyond that stage. NTEK has been named an ENFORCEMENT DEBTOR to the tune of millions in two separate civil filings.

The FINAL JUDGEMENTS have been handed down - meaning the legal proceedings where attorneys wrangle over amounts or fault is OVER.

Long Side is already proceeding in forcing NTEK to reveal everything about everything under oath so they can go after assets.

No, NTEK did not pay what they owe and document it in the last Quarterly. Those cases are still active and can easily be seen as such online. IF NTEK paid a dime in what they owed, a filing in the civil cases would have been entered. AND IF NTEK paid ALL THAT THEY OWE, a dismissal would have been filed - neither have been filed - only more demands from Long Side and K2.

Jeeze - can't people simply Google Enforcement Debtors and figure this out?
