The world is riddled with debt, bubbles and uncertainty to a degree that makes it a very easy "guess" on which way this is going. The hope of raised rates is what's being looked at but go ahead and raise them and make the dollar stronger and the products more expensive that won't be bought by other countries therefore hurting the US economy creating layoffs and then a recession. Or don't raise rates a gold still goes up. Win win situation so now who's "guessing" NUGT goes up for the longer term just on that and that's not guessing
