Maybe they haven't any news to disclose, although a letter to the shareholders would be nice. As far as a class-action suit, what would be the basis for one. They didn't talk to us? I think not! Its my feeling 4th Qtr. sucks, because they certainly have the numbers by now. The year will still be an improvement over priors, but won't knock you socks off. We'll know 3/31, until then, we wait..JMO
