I don't think it is either one of those because the 65k to me is a hard money which is typically reserved for a better day and no hard money lender would lend it unless they were looking to have that better day.Having consultant titles is a 1099 position, thus no drain on the bottomline. In short I think we are in for what KM has been promising, why else would he go to this last resort level or keep people hanging on. I think in about three weeks we will get a update. It's just taking a bit longer than expected as it always does.
