Hey naresh! Being an investment banker did you ever run across other public companies having a fake press release like BRNW did back oct 2015?

Will BRNW be delisted or halted?
Hey naresh, did you ever find out who traded 150m shares of BRNW one month prior to the false press release?

How will investors know the difference between a real and fake press release?
