They have ZERO need for funding right now. Assuming all warrants are exercised that would bring the float to 12.5M shares, and add $60M to their coffers.

Will they sell additional shares now that they've increased the authorized share count? Most likely, as most companies do...but that assumes no partnership which seems unlikely if data is good.

As always, it comes down to the science and data.
