Let's take stock of TAUG....it has managed to get through 1 year and a half trying to get audited financials back on track. TAUG has done so despite Cowan not cooperating and transferring the Company's work papers in a timely manner.
The company is in a somewhat state of limbo as it is very difficult to make any deal with other companies that are looking to go public until the lawsuit is resolved, TAUG should then have recouped expenses and whatever damages are adjudicated, including the possibility of punitive damages. It appears that the trial date will be sooner than later based on discovery schedules.
Despite this, TAUG is launching what I think could be an exciting product based on CBD oil, which by all indications is very effective as a muscle relaxant which could minimize certain pains. The company has also entered into an agreement to market a very exciting lip balm. I don't think anybody has claimed that these products are going to turn TAUG into a half a billion company, but they certainly could generate nice cash flow and put TAUG in a much better position to do some M&A. Contrary to some posting here, TAUG's Board of Advisor is very senior in emerging markets and has extensive distribution contacts.
Now, as to the illegal sweetheart deals, why don't you list them. list the illegal sweetheart deals given to a consultant for investing a small amount of money? name the consultant.
Name what shares and to who was given shares to attack third parties.
Name how any consulant is involved in death spiral financing
Explain how investing in a private placement in spongetech with 73 other investors makes Seth a criminal associate
Taug is not a shell, you might want to check with the SEC on that.
What checkered past by the consultant, and I presume me, was not disclosed?
