Wellmetris was brought to ZIVO by Dahl cause Dahl was previously involved with the people that developed it. Somewhat of Dahl's little baby. But more or less collecting dust for years. Dahl strolls out at annual meetings and touts some advances each year and then pretty much silence until the next annual meeting.

Wellmetris should have been JV'd years ago. Virtually given away to a JV with someone with the expertise to get it commercialized and ZIVO could then earn from the JV. Instead .... it is a distraction, taking away focus and money that should be earmarked to get one of the algae licenses finished and done. Dahl needs control.

BTW, Dahl previously claimed need to raise roughly $6.8 million to kick Wellmetris in gear and get to commercialization. They were previously pushing a PP for that encompassing roughly 60% of the division (or was it 40% can't remember) which of course values it round $10 million which is a joke. As I recall roughly $340K it get a slice of the action. Might be off on that but I have the info somewhere.

Should give it away .... along with Dahl .... to whomever is willing to take it and him for anywhere near what it cost for ZIVO to buy the distressed IP assets which by the way ..... most were abandoned and money spent on new IP, design, test formulation, etc .... cause they were getting sued or about to be sued for infringement.
