Google the term and you will still be confused because as close as any definition comes is 30 days. I read one legal phrase site that said that it is generally accepted to be 30 - 60 days.



Then why do you agree that March 31st is a key date???

You basically just said there's nothing substantial indicating that it would be 60 days.

Can I see the "legal phrase site" that you're talking about?
