i see nothing wrong with building on the relationship especially because it could drive down costs considerably for the grow units. Dont know much about the parts of the unit, but I assume the lights and productivity of the lights are huge.

I do agree with you about any possible acquisitions/mergers. It would be bad long run for the stock because of what it would do for the share structure, but it would however be good for a huge pump group to get involved. Unfortunately here in pinky land, any merger possibility could make a stock run 1000+%
