If Merck had half a brain they would offer 35 million for 35 million shares.

1. It would get them in a primary position with NWBO
2. It would give NWBO the money necessary to complete their Phases.
3. Merck's 1 dollar shares would become 10+ over night. A gain of 315 million.
4. Win, Win for both.
