When the CEO releases a PR, the information within the PR is basically the CEO speaking to the shareholders. That info is deemed official.

So, when people speak to the CEO and they confirm that the OS is still unchanged as what's indicated on OTC Markets, such is also deemed official in my eyes because it came from someone within an official capacity within the company.

So in short, I recommend you call the LVVV CEO and confirm the share structure. I'm guessing that he will tell you the same as he told others in that the share structure being what I posted.
