powerbattles, why I feel very different with LVVV...

Respectfully, I disagree with your thoughts. You speak as if LVVV wreaks of dilution as if the Outstanding Shares (OS) is in the billions or something. The OS is only 439,424,393 shares and the Float is only 366,578,284 shares as of Feb 14, 2017 per the CEO:

I verified that the new IR Firm that LVVV recently hired (EquiNet, LLC) is also one of the IR Firms for MJNA. From doing my research, they are the ones grabbing the bulls by the horns to really run the show to get their filings/financials done and the flow of news that will be coming:

LiveWire Ergogenics Retains EquiNet, LLC for Strategic Consulting and Information Marketing
http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/livewire-ergogenics-retains-equinet-llc-strategic-consulting-information-marketing-otc-pink-lvvv-2172545.htm

Also, there is no reverse split history so LVVV has never done a reverse split. I think the company is fundamentally intact. I'm willing to take the chance and roll the dice to see what will further materialize. I think we will be fine here with LVVV. I see no dilution concerns.
