I am pointing to the one accusation,
"association with an individual with a history of regulatory misconduct that rises to the level of a public interest concern;"

that is all I am pointing out. You seem to want to group the new charges with one person? IMO, you're wrong in doing that. Are you grouping this "new" charge in too?
