Because they are crook and not telling us the truth and saying that they are billions on shareholders money, that is why we need an equity committee to represent us to reveal the truth.

Also why they don't want to include all of their assets in this bankruptcy case. I wish I can declare bankruptcy but do not want to include my house, car and some other assets.
