Dilution isn't going to stop until they are cash flow positive (or at least in good enough shape to have some investors that will loan them money under more conventional terms). If they keep this up we are going to have 2b shares outstanding.

The R&D team needs to be putting in 80 hour weeks to get this device working, and the Sales team needs to be putting in 80 hour weeks to get sales rolling (that assumes you have some way to pay them for 80 hour weeks).
