jimmym4...you may have figured it out! Well done. ...and they are running it all through LOFT-SLJB. There may be more going on vis a vis Dubai in that nothing happens there but through the royal family. Isn't the port deal still under development and Dubai may be looking for a U.S. entity to run the U.S. port management deal through. Wouldn't that be a hoot.
