I THINK I FIGURED IT OUT!!!!!!!!!!>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The assets are consultechs,,And thats WHY they have both KPMG
and Price waterhouse doing the audit!...We are merging with consultech by the 15th of Sep!!!???

Hence, Our shareholders will SOON see why we didnt have to R/S to make our uplisting goal!!
