So a bio Jen announcement of the results could indicate that bio Jen needs a higher market price in order to not be embarrassed when they meet the price that the good Dr. Deands.

I like your line of thinking, but don't know if that's reality. Would a company buy up a stock to make an offer even higher? Actually, I don't see anything wrong with that. The company would profit either way if they believed in the science. Anyone else?
