SPCL filings are moot in this situation considering the company is merging with PixelMags Inc. Therefore the only filings that matter are those of PixelMags and they technically won't be delinquent by LAW until the 31st of March by SEC regulations.
Therefore the only thing that matters here is the said 8Ks I mentioned in the previous post.
Bloomberg is so highly renowned that they wouldn't dare scar their own legacy by releasing false information on a "scam OTC Pink" ticker LOL
