And Steipp did many good things, he could have caused trouble and refused to hand over the reins to Li in return for a huge payout, Steipp could have done that, he had board control and Li really needed lqmt's trademark and CIP patent monopoly.

Instead of Steipp fighting for a huge golden parachute he cut his severance by half !

Very honourable for a CEO of a penny stock to do the right thing for all investors. Steipp found the right manufacturing/Patents/material partner AND then peacefully handing over control to a new CEO who has the talent and connections to re-invent lqmt from an IP holder into a manufacturing company.

As i keep saying, he kept lqmt afloat and steered it in the right direction, Steipp deserves credit for greatly improving and speeding up lqmt's prospects.
