A. They are advertising for a "class action " meaning shareholders would have to sue the company lol

One might ask for what? Kerrisdale has made up some nonsense to support their short position so shareholders would sue the company? Odd really that you believe this

B. The lawyers can't "start an investigation" on fraud that means anything other than grandstanding for their short partner at Kerrisdale- only the SEC in concert with the FBI look into fraud son

C. If anyone should be concerned about Fraud it's Samhy at Kerrisdale
