Well it just freed up 60 mil+ shares..and they just switched from a teck to an oil company so I'm assuming that it will be used for some development in Peru...or towards gaining some assets towards oil interests to move toward growth and profit ...to be honest everything riding on the 51-101 ..i think that this is a good move though ...they are shifting around assets and management to posotion themslves as an oil producing company for sure..
