Most likely there will not be an update until Thursday or Friday if the company keeps to the pattern for the last two years. Late Filings by a $10,000 a month acting CFO, that signs as CPA (with a hold harmless agreement) from a company with strategic planning board, with more than a fair bit of SEC compliance expertise, the rule no doubt bent to the limit.... And keep in mind the time frame that the reports cover they are not current....always months behind...
