I am 99.9% sure that the 80% of the events had been occurred already. (Meanwhile wasn't adjudicated yet.)

My guess for the 1st IA (second half of February) was not based on a model when 60% will be reached, but on when 60% should be reached if 100% will be before EOY 2017. My assumption was (and still is) that the event number will be flat between 60% and 100%. (Please note: flat event number means increased event rate due to less patients). Meanwhile I was a month off, it was due to adjudication process (I did not count it).

With flat event number - app. 30.7 / month - the 80% occurred at mid- / second half of January ... take into account the adjudication now -> onset will be announced within a weeks / month
