It's probably someone wanting to deploy $$ somewhere else, which is a really good thing for the share price going forward. The 4,100,000 is a T trade that settled earlier in the day. That number makes me think that was the last of their shares.
Positioned great for the week. Will be over .03 by week end, if not Tuesday. IMHO
