If this doesn't move by closure of CROI, something's amiss!

I don't know if that statement (forecast) will be true or not. CROI is a conference for doctors/scientists, not investors. This is not to say that the attendees can't invest, but I just don't see much happening from it in the very short term.

To me, you can have all the pronouncements from the company, CROI, random news stories, but without FDA approval we are dead in the water.

With FDA approval, its a whole new ballgame!
