Because of all the warrants being exercised and the arbitragers. Same group of people buying and selling. The stock was diluted in a capital raise several months ago and they just did a small private offering last week or so to get another million dollars.

I don't think it's fraud, let se'. I think it's a desperate attempt by GILD to keep on OTC to limit the buyers. The two dozen of us aren't a blip on the radar.

If this doesn't move by closure of CROI, something's amiss!
