IMHO the 5 cent rule is plain and simple(crooked), it forces AVG JOE to only buy on .05 increments, 1.40 or 1.45 no more 1.43.
The only ones that can buy in the middle are the MM's,which allows them to make an even bigger spread.............. NOW WHY,good ?, WHYYYYYYYYYY
