Another question should be: How can a company with little assets somehow magically be transformed into a multi-billion dollar company? Reminds me of the desert dirt scam, NMCX, which claims to have mineral values that are unheard of... they'd need an alchemist capable of transmuting elements for their outlandish claims to be valid. Same with this developing fraud.
